Katherine Taylor serves as the Agent Services Coordinator at True North Realty, where she plays a vital role in supporting our agents and strengthening internal operations. With a background in real estate, vacation rentals, and property management, Katherine brings both frontline experience and a behind-the-scenes understanding of what it takes to help agents thrive.

Originally from northeastern North Carolina, Katherine has spent most of her life in the state. After college, she moved to Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks, where she earned her real estate license and began her career in property management. Though she now resides in the Hickory area, Hatteras remains close to her heart, and she visits often.

Since relocating to Hickory from Charlotte two years ago, Katherine and her husband have embraced all the region has to offer. They enjoy paddleboarding and taking their vintage ski boat out on Lake Hickory—often cruising to dinner on the water. At home in Conover, Katherine keeps two horses, which she uses for traditional mounted fox hunting. She is a longtime member, board representative, and “Whipper-In” for Mecklenburg Hounds, Inc., a respected non-lethal hunt club founded in 1956.

At True North, Katherine is known for her passion for process, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to our agents. She plays a key role in building and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring our systems are efficient, clear, and effective. Her organized and solution-oriented mindset makes her an invaluable resource for both new and seasoned team members. Whether she’s onboarding agents, optimizing workflows, or solving day-to-day challenges, Katherine is committed to creating an environment where others can succeed.
