Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
True North Realty ("True North," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on our website — contact requests, tour requests, home valuations, open-house RSVPs, career applications, and similar — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, city or neighborhood of interest, and any message you send us. We also collect basic browsing context (the pages you visited on our site and where you arrived from) to help our agents follow up meaningfully.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry. Submitting a form on this site is your permission for a True North agent or staff member to contact you about that request by email, phone, or text.
- For ongoing marketing — only if you opt in. If you check the marketing box on a form (or subscribe to our newsletter), we may send you new listings, open houses, market updates, and other real estate information by email. If you don't check that box, we won't add you to any marketing list.
- To improve our service. Aggregated, non-identifying data helps us understand which content is useful.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time — one click and we'll stop. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional messages (for example, a reply from your agent about a home you asked about).
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this website — which pages are visited, which searches and listings get attention, and which forms are started and completed. These tools set cookies and record technical details such as your approximate location (city level), device type, browser, and the site or ad that referred you.
We do not send personal information to analytics. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and property addresses are stripped before anything is reported, and pages behind a login (our agent and client portals) are not tracked at all.
We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals: if your browser sends one, our analytics do not load. You can also opt out at any time by emailing us, or by using your browser's cookie controls or an ad-blocking extension. If we ever add advertising pixels (for example Meta or Google Ads), this section will name them before they go live.
Where your inquiry came from. When you submit a form, we store with your record the page you landed on, the site or campaign that referred you, the page you submitted from, and your device type. We use this only to understand which of our own marketing efforts are working.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and you may request access to or deletion of your data using the contact details below.
Who has access
Your information is stored in our CRM and is accessible only to True North Realty agents and staff. We use trusted service providers (such as Brevo for email delivery and Google for analytics) to operate the site and send email — they process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You may request that we update or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. To review, correct, or delete your data, contact us at connect@nctruenorthrealty.com.
