59 Old Greybeard Loop

Come build your mountain dream home on this wonderful lot in the sought after development of The Settings of Black Mountain? It is a large secluded lot that is partially bordered by HOA land for extra privacy. While it is currently wooded there is a more open area in the middle of the lot which would allow easier construction and potentially great views - right around 3000 feet elevation. The serene and pleasant neighborhood has excellent amenities including walking and hiking trails, sidewalks, pond, and gated entry. On top of that, a picturesque stone-and-timber craftsman style clubhouse has wraparound viewing decks and features a massive double-sided stone fireplace. Utilities are there, you just need to connect - no guesswork on septic or a well! You can have your dream home in the mountains and yet be less than 10 minutes from the awesome small town of Black Mountain and 25 minutes from all that Asheville has to offer!
