Ashley Holden is originally from Philadelphia and now calls Statesville home. After relocating just over a year ago and purchasing her first home in North Carolina, Ashley gained firsthand experience navigating a major life transition—an experience that directly informs the empathy, care, and precision she brings to her clients.

Ashley brings five years of experience as a Contracts Analyst within the software and life sciences technology space. In this role, she supported sales teams by managing proposals and contracts, developing a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a calm, strategic approach to complex transactions—all of which translate seamlessly into real estate.

Known for her thoughtful, energetic, patient, and optimistic approach, Ashley excels at teamwork and multitasking while always stepping back to assess challenges with clarity and intention. She leads with integrity, stays focused on her clients’ goals, and brings flexibility and enthusiasm to every interaction.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed North Carolina real estate agent. One of her proudest accomplishments includes studying abroad for 108 days on a cruise ship, traveling to 20 countries—an experience that broadened her perspective and strengthened her adaptability and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys working out, traveling locally and internationally, and learning to play the piano. She’s a devoted dog lover and a proud parent to a curious five-year-old. A fun fact that often surprises people: Ashley was a ballerina for 17 years, performed numerous times at Disney World, toured with a Russian ballet company in The Nutcracker, and danced for the Philadelphia 76ers Jr. Dance Team.
