Ashley Holden, originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, proudly calls Troutman, North Carolina home. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Ashley brings a strong academic foundation along with a genuine passion for serving others. Having traveled to more than 20 countries, she has developed a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for the diverse communities and lifestyles that make each place unique.

After relocating and purchasing a home in North Carolina, Ashley gained firsthand experience navigating a major life transition—an experience that directly embodies trust, vision, and precision which are qualities she brings to every client she serves.

Known for her thoughtful, energetic, and results-driven approach, Ashley is committed to building strong relationships while helping clients confidently navigate the real estate market.
