Ashley Holden to our real estate family!
Originally from Philadelphia, Ashley recently made Statesville her home. After relocating and purchasing her first home in North Carolina, she understands firsthand the emotions, decisions, and details that come with a major move. That personal experience gives her a unique level of empathy and insight when guiding clients through their own transitions.
Ashley brings five years of professional experience as a Contracts Analyst in the software and life sciences technology space. Supporting sales teams through complex proposals and contracts, she developed exceptional attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to remain calm and strategic under pressure. These strengths translate seamlessly into real estate—where organization, communication, and precision matter most.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed North Carolina real estate agent. Ashley is known for being thoughtful, energetic, patient, and solution-oriented. She approaches every client relationship with integrity, optimism, and a genuine desire to help others feel confident in their decisions.
Beyond real estate, Ashley enjoys working out, traveling, and learning to play the piano. She is a proud parent to a curious five-year-old and a devoted dog lover. A fun fact many people are surprised to learn: Ashley was a ballerina for 17 years—performing at Disney World, touring with a Russian ballet company in The Nutcracker, and dancing for the Philadelphia 76ers Jr. Dance Team!
