Whether advancing public health research or guiding clients through one of life's biggest financial decisions, she is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Jayla is committed to making every real estate experience informed, organized, and as seamless as possible.

Born in Germany and raised in a military family, Jayla lived throughout the United States and overseas before proudly calling North Carolina home. Having experienced so many different communities firsthand, she understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a place where you truly belong.

Before becoming a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Jayla built a successful career as a Clinical Research Manager, leading domestic and international HIV prevention and treatment research studies. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Master of Public Health, she brings exceptional organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail to every real estate transaction.

Licensed in 2026, Jayla was drawn to real estate because she believes homeownership plays a vital role in a person's quality of life. She understands that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and she is dedicated to providing personalized service, honest guidance, and clear communication every step of the way. Guided by her core values of integrity, honesty, excellence, accountability, advocacy, and knowledge, her goal is to ensure every client feels confident, informed, and supported from the first conversation through closing.

Outside of real estate, Jayla enjoys running, hiking, camping, watching horror movies, and exploring North Carolina with her husband. She is also proud to support Lenoir-Rhyne University's Track & Field program, where her husband serves as an assistant coach, and looks forward to building lasting relationships throughout the Hickory community.
