With more than 32 years of experience in property management and a heart rooted in serving others, Ronda Hayes brings compassion, energy, and genuine care to every real estate experience. Originally from Marion, North Carolina, Ronda has spent nearly five decades building deep connections within her community and helping people feel seen, heard, and valued. 

Before beginning her career in real estate, Ronda built an extensive background in property management as an On-Site Manager for HUD properties. Her journey into the industry began while raising two young boys and receiving housing assistance herself. After completing office skills training at CVCC, an opportunity opened for her to become a leasing agent—and she quickly discovered her passion for helping people find a place to call home. That passion has only continued to grow over the years. 

Ronda is known for her outgoing personality, ability to connect with anyone she meets, and the unforgettable experience she creates for her clients. She believes real estate is about far more than buying or selling homes—it’s about building relationships, serving others, and making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. Her clients appreciate her punctuality, quick learning ability, kindness, and unwavering commitment to putting their needs first. 

Guided by her Christian faith, Ronda views her work as a ministry and an opportunity to encourage, support, and care for others through every season of life. She strives to make every client feel like family and someone who can always count on her honesty and support. 

Ronda is a Certified Professional Occupancy Specialist for HUD and was recognized in Who’s Who Among Professionals and Executives in 2005-2006. One of her proudest accomplishments is earning her real estate license and beginning this exciting new chapter where she can continue serving others in an even greater capacity. 

Outside of real estate, Ronda enjoys music, playing piano and guitar, and spending time with her family. She has been married for 12 years and is the proud mother of two adult sons, grandmother to seven grandchildren, and caretaker alongside her husband for their parents. Together they share a home filled with love, family, two cats, and a couple of Subaru Outbacks.
