With more than 32 years of experience in property management and a life devoted to serving others, Ronda Hayes brings compassion, energy, and genuine care to every real estate journey. Originally from Marion, North Carolina, Ronda has spent nearly five decades building meaningful connections in her community and helping people feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

Ronda’s path to real estate began in property management, where she served as an On-Site Manager for HUD properties. While raising her two young sons and navigating life with the support of housing assistance herself, she completed office skills training at CVCC and stepped into a leasing agent role—an opportunity that sparked a lifelong passion for helping others find a place to call home. That passion has only deepened through the years.

Known for her warm personality and natural ability to connect with anyone she meets, Ronda creates an experience that goes far beyond transactions. She believes real estate is about relationships, service, and making a lasting difference in people’s lives. Clients consistently value her punctuality, quick adaptability, kindness, and unwavering dedication to putting their needs first.

Guided by her Christian faith, Ronda approaches her work as both a calling and a ministry. She strives to support, encourage, and uplift every client through life’s transitions, treating each one like family and ensuring they always feel cared for and understood.

Her accomplishments include earning her designation as a Certified Professional Occupancy Specialist for HUD and being recognized in Who’s Who Among Professionals and Executives (2005–2006). One of her proudest milestones is earning her real estate license and stepping into this next chapter of service in a new and meaningful way.

Outside of real estate, Ronda enjoys music, playing piano and guitar, and spending time with her family. She has been married for 12 years and is a proud mother of two adult sons and grandmother to seven grandchildren. Alongside her husband, she also helps care for their parents, building a home filled with love, family, two cats, and a couple of Subaru Outbacks.
