Born and raised in Catawba County, Sarah Keener Moretz proudly calls Hickory home. While she has spent time living in Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and Blowing Rock, her deep roots in the area give her a unique understanding of both local communities and the broader North Carolina market.

A published author, Sarah wrote a heartfelt book as an heirloom for her children and has enjoyed connecting with young readers through book readings and signings. Guided by her faith and the words of her late grandfather—“Have fun every chance you get”—she brings warmth, authenticity, and joy into everything she does.

Outside of real estate, Sarah loves spending time with her family, traveling the world, and embracing both lake life in the summer and skiing in the North Carolina mountains during the winter. She’s always seeking her next adventure, with kite surfing currently at the top of her list.
