Hi I’m Thea Russell, I am a people-centered real estate professional who believes the most meaningful work happens when you walk alongside others during important chapters of their lives. My background in ministry—anchored in leadership, mentorship, and unwavering support—made the transition into real estate a natural one. I bring that same dedication to understanding my clients’ needs, navigating challenges, and delivering exceptional service.

Originally based in Atlanta, I spent many years leading and developing others, experiences that continue to shape how I serve today. During that time, I also had the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center in Forsyth County, Georgia, reinforcing my long-standing commitment to advocacy, leadership, and community support.

My husband, Michael, and I are enjoying life as empty nesters after raising our three children. We moved to Hickory two years ago and quickly fell in love with the city and its surrounding communities. I am excited to serve the Hickory area with excellence, integrity, and a genuine heart for people.

I have a love of travel rooted in my early years flying with Delta Airlines, which gave me a deep appreciation for people, stories, and new places. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.

For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it’s about building trust, fostering meaningful relationships, and supporting others through some of life’s most important transitions.
