Born and raised in Morganton, Lucas spent 14 years in New York City building a successful career before coming home to Western North Carolina. He brings that experience — and a genuine love for homes, design and people — to every client he works with.

Lucas believes buying or selling a home is about far more than a transaction. It is about understanding a client's goals, earning their trust, and helping them move confidently toward what comes next.
A decade working with hundreds of brides and high-profile clients as a high-end makeup artist taught him how to communicate clearly, build relationships quickly, and stay calm when the stakes are high. Clients feel cared for, even in life's most stressful moments.
An advocate who asks the hard questions
Lucas is not afraid to have the conversations others avoid. "Closed mouths don't get fed" is a mindset he carries into every negotiation, making sure his clients' needs are heard and their interests stay at the forefront.
Off the clock
Outside of real estate, Lucas spends time with his chosen family — including proudly playing "uncle" to his best friend's three-year-old daughter — hiking, hunting down new coffee shops and restaurants, catching a movie, and getting competitive over games and sports.
