Originally from central Ohio, Caitlyn has also lived in New Mexico and Colorado before making Hickory home in 2025. Living and working across different parts of the country shaped both her understanding of people and her sense of what it takes to find a place where someone genuinely feels at home — a perspective that translates directly to clients relocating to western North Carolina from out of state.
Caitlyn holds a degree in health education and spent her professional career in the dental field before entering real estate. Both are fields built on explaining complicated things clearly to people who are often anxious, and that background defines how she works. She has a natural ability to break down complex processes, anticipate needs, and guide clients through each step with clarity and ease.
