She cleared her calendar to show me houses on short notice. She even told me if I saw a house that I liked that was not for sale, she’d be happy to approach the owner to see if they were interested in selling. Once I found a house, she identified contractors who could help me with renovations I wanted to make. She also took care of setting up everything for a quick cash close and stayed on top of the closing process when issues cropped up to make sure we still closed on time. It was a stroke of good fortune that we met Elaine during our search to relocate and purchase property in NC. Elaine guided us steadily and solidly through the entire process. Her unwavering commitment to assist us find a piece of property that checked the boxes on our wish list was sincerely appreciated. When work-related matters or distance prevented us from viewing a potential property, Elaine would preview the property by a video or FaceTime chat. She would advise whether it was a property we should plan a trip to view or the property was not the one. In her real estate toolkit, she had assembled a network of construction contractors, home inspectors and mortgage brokers to provide as references.
