With more than 30 years of experience calling Hickory home, Honey Lee brings a genuine love for the area and a people-first approach to her real estate career. Honey’s background in education and school counseling has shaped the way she works with her clients. For nearly 10 years, she has served as an elementary school counselor at Blackburn Elementary, where she has developed strong skills in communication, listening, problem-solving, and helping people navigate important decisions. She brings those same qualities to real estate, taking the time to understand what matters most to each client and providing guidance without pressure.
Her clients can expect an agent who is approachable, honest, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Honey believes that real estate should feel personal, not transactional. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, making a move, or preparing to sell, her goal is to make sure they feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout the process.
Honey holds a master’s degree in Professional School Counseling and is a National Board Certified School Counselor. She was also honored as the 2026 Catawba County Schools District School Counselor of the Year. Her commitment to serving others extends beyond her professional life through her involvement at Hmong Christian Life Church, Blackburn Elementary, and as a coach for her school’s archery team.
Outside of work, Honey enjoys spending time with her husband and their two toddlers, singing and playing guitar at church, and tending to her flower garden and house plants. And if you meet her in person, don't be surprised if you find out she has a great sense of humor—she's often mistaken for a child because of how young she looks!
