John Somers leads True North Realty's Lake Norman Division. He works the whole lake — Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson and Huntersville on the east side, Denver, Sherrills Ford, Terrell and Troutman on the west and north — along with Iron Station, Lincolnton and Maiden.
Lake Norman is four counties of water, and John's work is the detail underneath a listing photo: whether a slip is deeded, leased or community-owned, what Duke Energy's shoreline permitting allows on a given stretch of bank, how usable the water is at a particular lot, and what the county line does to the tax bill on two otherwise identical homes. He is a member of Luxury Real Estate and represents buyers and sellers across the lake's price range.
