My house is an older house and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out thing to focus on and pay more attention to. I highly recommend her especially if you are new to North Carolina and don’t have a lot of knowledge of the area. She made the buying process extremely easy and made sure to answer all my question immediately. On a side note she was also great at pointing out specifics of the area as I am new here.

Rachel was comforting and nonjudgmental as she assessed the home and gave us our options. She was very informative and helpful with resources and her time. We quickly accepted a buyer and she explained every process, every step of the way. We had issues with the buyer’s funding, but Rachel advocated for our right and options. Although it took much longer than expected, we knew we were in good hands and everything ended up working out even better than originally planned. She is so patient and kind.
