In their words.
★★★★★"Rachel has a wide range of market knowledge and negotiation skills that were very helpful and effective in helping us sell our home. She is very professional, kind, hard-working, honest, and trustworthy. "
★★★★★"Rachel was very responsive. She went above and beyond in helping to organize all of the inspections for the house. My house is an older house and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out thing to focus on and pay more attention to. I highly recommend her especially if you are new to North Carolina and don’t have a lot of knowledge of the area. She made the buying process extremely easy and made sure to answer all my question immediately. On a side note she was also great at pointing out specifics of the area as I am new here. "
The questions we get most.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we look?+
Pre-approval doesn't cost anything and takes about 20 minutes with a good lender. It also lets you write real offers when the right home shows up. We recommend it before the second tour.
How much should I budget for closing costs?+
Plan for roughly 2–3% of the purchase price. Some of it can be negotiated with the seller depending on the market.
Do you charge buyers directly?+
In most transactions the seller's side covers buyer representation. If a specific home requires anything different, you'll know before we tour it.
How fast can we close?+
Cash: 10–14 days. Financed: typically 30–35 days. We map the timeline to your life, not the other way around.
Tell Rachel what you're looking for.
Even a rough idea helps — timeline, area, budget, must-haves. Rachel follows up personally, typically within an hour.
