At True North Realty, we are excited to officially welcome Andrea Pennell to our growing team of dedicated real estate professionals!
Originally from Rochester, New York, Andrea has proudly called Hickory, North Carolina home for the past 10 years. With five years of experience as a North Carolina licensed real estate broker, Andrea brings an incredible blend of professionalism, compassion, business expertise, and customer service to every client she serves.
Andrea’s career journey is both inspiring and unique. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Brockport, she began her professional career in advertising sales, where she developed strong skills in communication, marketing, and business strategy. She later pursued therapeutic massage and bodywork, becoming licensed in New York, Nevada, and North Carolina. During that time, she worked in a luxury five-star spa setting before successfully running her own massage therapy practice for eight years.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others naturally led her into real estate, where she quickly found her niche in new construction sales. Andrea is now joining True North Realty as the lead of our New Construction Division, bringing valuable insider knowledge of the ins and outs of new construction builds throughout many of our area’s large development communities.
From understanding builder incentives and pricing strategies to navigating contracts, timelines, and negotiations, Andrea’s expertise gives buyers a major advantage when purchasing a newly built home. Her experience allows her to confidently guide clients through every step of the process while helping them make informed decisions along the way.
What truly sets Andrea apart is her caring and empathetic nature. She believes in listening closely to her clients’ needs and creating a personalized plan to help them confidently achieve their real estate goals. Guided by honesty, integrity, and strong communication, Andrea strives to make every transaction a positive and trustworthy experience from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Andrea is a devoted wife and mother who lives in Bethlehem with her husband, Eric, their son, James, and their beloved cat, Shiloh. She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, spending time outdoors, and listening to audiobooks focused on personal growth, business, and psychology.
