Born and raised in Valdese, North Carolina, and educated in Hickory, Britt brings a strong connection to the communities he serves along with a passion for helping people navigate some of life’s biggest milestones. Since beginning his real estate career in October 2025, Britt has quickly distinguished himself through his professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to delivering an elevated client experience.
Before entering real estate, Britt built more than a decade of customer service experience through the restaurant, catering, and retail industries. Starting in hospitality at just 15 years old and later serving on the management team at Vineyard Vines, he developed the communication skills, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset that now set him apart in real estate.
Britt believes real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes—it’s about building relationships, creating trust, and helping clients step confidently into new chapters of their lives. Known for being dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented, he is dedicated to ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.
