True North Realty Welcomes Gina Carr!

We are thrilled to welcome our newest agent to the True North Realty family! Born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Texas, she has called North Carolina home since 2006, where she met her husband, Tyson. Married for 17 years and the proud mom of three wonderful children—two sons and a daughter—she has made Hickory her home for the past decade. She loves raising her family in such a vibrant, close-knit community and is passionate about helping others find their place here too.

With a background in education and a rich history of traveling and living overseas, she brings a unique perspective and a deep love for connecting with people from all walks of life. Her journey in real estate began as a newlywed with the purchase of her first “fixer-upper.” From there, she gained extensive hands-on experience buying, selling, and renting her own properties, as well as managing renovation projects.

Known for her eye for detail, strong work ethic, and warm personality, she strives to make every client feel confident, informed, and well cared for throughout the real estate process. Whether you’re buying or selling, her goal is to help you create a home where you and your family can thrive.

In addition to her expertise in real estate, she has a passion for interior design and loves helping clients bring their vision of home to life. She believes homes should be havens—a place where memories are made and families flourish. She also enjoys being a resource for families new to the area, sharing her knowledge of Hickory’s fantastic parks, amenities, and opportunities to plug into the community.
