Growing up in Taylorsville, NC, and living in Hickory since the age of 18, Cortney has a deep appreciation for the beauty, community, and opportunities this area offers. As a proud mom to her energetic soon-to-be 2-year-old son, she understands the importance of creating a home where memories are made and lives flourish.

Cortney’s love for the outdoors—whether hiking, kayaking, or boating—has taught her the value of finding balance and peace, much like what a perfect home brings to life. Beyond real estate, Cortney serves on the board of directors for the Hickory Soup Kitchen, a ministry she’s deeply passionate about. She’s also the owner of Muscle Maintenance, where she helps people live pain-free, healthier lives. Giving back and making a positive impact on others is truly at the heart of everything she does.
