We’re proud to welcome Austin Chmielewski to our team—a driven real estate professional, decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and community-minded leader who brings a powerful mix of discipline, compassion, and hometown pride to everything he does.
Born in Nashville and raised in Statesville, NC, Austin is a 2013 graduate of South Iredell High School. With strong local roots and nearly a decade of military service, he offers clients both deep knowledge of the area and a global perspective shaped by experience, resilience, and leadership.
Austin’s military career is both impressive and inspiring. He spent five years as an Intelligence Specialist and Analyst, serving in Ground Intelligence with the 2nd Marine Division and 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines, as well as in Criminal Intelligence roles with NCIS and the 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion. Following that, he served four years as a Marine Corps Canvassing Recruiter, where his dedication and performance earned him recognition as the #1 Recruiter in the Eastern Recruiting Region in 2021, along with the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal.
Today, Austin channels that same commitment into real estate. Whether he’s helping first-time homebuyers, supporting fellow veterans, or guiding investors, he leads with integrity, precision, and a people-first mindset. For Austin, real estate is more than a transaction—it’s a way to serve and make a meaningful difference.
Outside of the office, Austin is a man of many passions. He’s a talented country music artist who writes, sings, and plays guitar; an avid world traveler with visits to Spain, Japan, Costa Rica, and beyond; and an enthusiastic content creator on Twitch and YouTube. Through his platforms, he’s helped raise over $127,000 for nonprofits including AbleGamers, No Kid Hungry, St. Jude, and the Starlight Children’s Foundation—proving his commitment to giving back extends well beyond the workplace.
And of course, he’s always accompanied by his loyal pup, Sir Knox of Ville (affectionately known as “Knox”), his playful and spirited English Springer Spaniel.
