Originally from Indiana, Brian's path has taken him around the world. After spending more than 17 years in Alberta, Canada, and even living in Armenia during his early twenties, he and his family are now proud to call Maiden, North Carolina home.

Brian specializes in helping buyers navigate the new construction market, with a focus on production and semi-custom homes built by trusted builders such as True Homes, DR Horton, and Century Communities. His passion for real estate has been years in the making, and after a successful career in customer service, operations management, and business ownership, he made the decision to pursue the profession he'd dreamed about since he was in his twenties.

What makes Brian stand out is his unique ability to combine data with a genuine understanding of people. With a degree in Neuroscience, he enjoys learning what motivates others and believes every client deserves a personalized approach based on their individual goals and circumstances. Whether you're purchasing your first home, building a new one, or preparing for your next move, Brian is committed to helping you make confident, informed decisions.

Known for his easygoing personality and straightforward communication, Brian strives to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. His goal is simple: to become a trusted advisor who puts clients at ease during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

When he's not helping clients, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 24 years, their three children, three dogs, and two cats. His wife recently began a career in automotive sales after many years of entrepreneurship, and together they've built a life centered around hard work, family, and serving others.

Brian is also an avid home chef who loves creating gourmet meals for family and friends. Having previously owned a Texas-style BBQ restaurant, cooking has become one of his favorite ways to relax. He also enjoys spending time on, in, or under the water whenever he can and proudly served as a volunteer firefighter earlier in life.

Above all, Brian lives by one guiding principle: leave the world a better place than you found it. That mindset shapes the way he serves his clients, always looking for opportunities to make a positive impact and help others achieve their goals.
