True North Realty Joins the 4th Annual City Walk Celebration in Downtown Hickory!

Get ready to mark your calendars and lace up your walking shoes because the Hickory Downtown Development Association (HDDA) is thrilled to announce the return of the 4th Annual City Walk Celebration! And this year, we at True North Realty are excited to be part of the festivities right outside our office in the big blue tent on the sidewalk of the One North Building.

Scheduled for Saturday, May 4th, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, this event promises an evening of community camaraderie and fun-filled activities for all ages. The celebration kicks off at the Lowe’s Food City parking lot, where participants can embark on a leisurely stroll up to Union Square and then cruise down the City Walk to the 127 bridge.

But that's not all – there's a plethora of entertainment awaiting you along the way! From family-friendly activities like face painting and crafts to live performances by the talented HMF String Band, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to explore various downtown businesses and indulge in the vibrant atmosphere that defines our beloved city.

And what's a celebration without free giveaways? True North Realty will be joining in the festivities, offering exciting giveaways and spreading cheer under the big blue tent. So be sure to stop by, say hello, and perhaps snag yourself a fantastic prize!

But the fun doesn't stop there – the Hickory Downtown Development Association has arranged for BBQ plates to be sold by the Hickory Soup Kitchen in the parking lot next to the Elks Lodge, ensuring that you can refuel and recharge as you continue to revel in the festivities.
