Welcome Katherine Taylor, Agent Services Coordinator at True North Realty

We’re excited to officially welcome Katherine Taylor to the True North Realty family as our Agent Services Coordinator! Katherine is the one keeping things running smoothly, supporting our agents, fine-tuning our systems, and basically making magic happen behind the scenes.

🌊 From the Coast to the Foothills

Originally from northeastern North Carolina, Katherine has lived in this beautiful state most of her life. After college, she headed to Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks—aka paradise—where she got her real estate license and kicked off her career in vacation rentals and property management. Hatteras still feels like home to her, and she sneaks away for visits as often as she can!

🏡 A Happy Surprise in Hickory

Katherine and her husband moved to the Hickory area from Charlotte two years ago. While it wasn’t exactly where they thought they’d land, they couldn’t be happier that they did. Between paddleboarding and sunset cruises on Lake Hickory in their vintage ski boat, they’re soaking up all this area has to offer.

🐴 Horsepower of a Different Kind

When Katherine isn’t in the office, you’ll likely find her outdoors—especially with her two horses on their property in Conover. She’s been a proud member of Mecklenburg Hounds, Inc. for nearly 10 years, a traditional mounted fox hunting club where she serves on the board and rides as a “Whipper-In” (basically, hunt staff who helps manage the hounds). Don’t worry—these are non-lethal, scent-tracking hunts that honor the tradition without harming wildlife. It’s her happy place, and it shows!

💼 The Queen of Coordination

At True North, Katherine is known for being detail-obsessed (in the best way), systems-savvy, and 100% dedicated to helping our agents succeed. From onboarding new team members to creating SOPs and improving daily workflows, she’s the go-to problem solver who keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine. Her love for process and her commitment to excellence make her an absolute asset to our staff—and a joy to work with.
