Donna Jackson to our real estate team! Donna brings with her a lifetime of local knowledge, a deep passion for helping others, and a heart rooted in service.
Donna is a lifelong resident of Gaston County, having grown up in Gastonia and calling Cherryville home for the past 33 years. Her strong connection to the community gives her a genuine understanding of the neighborhoods, people, and values that make this area such a special place to live.
While Donna is new to the real estate profession, her passion for helping people find the right home has been years in the making. Long before becoming an agent, she was researching listings, driving by homes for sale, and assisting friends and family in their home searches. After spending most of her career in healthcare as an X-ray technologist, Donna now brings the same compassion, trust, and dedication she showed her patients into her work with real estate clients.
Donna is known for being calm, dependable, and truly people-focused. She believes in putting her clients’ needs first and building relationships rooted in honesty and care. Her experience working in her family’s plumbing business also provides her with valuable insight into plumbing and basic construction—an added benefit for buyers and sellers alike.
Service and faith have always been central to Donna’s life. She began volunteering as a Candy Striper at her local hospital as a teenager, which inspired her career in healthcare. Today, she continues to give back by volunteering in the children’s ministry at her church, where her faith continues to guide both her personal and professional life.
Married for 33 years, Donna is a proud mother of two and grandmother to two granddaughters. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, reading, walking for exercise, decorating, and creative projects. Though calm by nature, she also loves adventure—from roller coasters and ziplining to scuba diving, with skydiving still on her bucket list.
Above all, Donna loves connecting with people and helping families find not just a house, but a place they can truly call home. We are thrilled to have her on our team and can’t wait for you to get to know her!
